TradeMalta has announced the appointment of Daniel Galea as the new Chairperson.
Galea brings extensive experience and a strong vision that will support the organisation’s continued growth and engagement with the international business community.
He forms part of The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry Council and is the Managing Director of easyJet Engineering Malta.
TradeMalta welcomed him to his new role and looks forward to working together to further expand Malta’s global commercial presence.
TradeMalta also thanked David Matrenza for his dedicated service to the organisation as outgoing Chairperson. They extended their sincere gratitude for his leadership, commitment, and contribution to the organisation’s strategic advancement, saying that his guidance was invaluable in strengthening TradeMalta’s mission to support and promote Malta’s international trade interests.
TradeMalta remains committed to empowering local businesses to expand internationally, and they are confident that this transition in leadership will continue to drive their mission forward.

TradeMalta is a public-private partnership between the Government of Malta, currently under the remit of the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade, and The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.
