Nestlé Malta recently hosted business partners, suppliers and key stakeholders at its newly refurbished headquarters in Lija. The event offered a unique opportunity to experience ‘The Nest’, a future-ready workspace that reflects the company’s values and approach to doing business in Malta.
More than just a tour of the premises, the gathering served as a platform to connect with those who form part of Nestlé Malta’s extended business network. By opening its doors to clients and collaborators, Nestlé Malta aimed to foster closer relationships and a shared understanding across the supply chain, from sourcing and production to delivery and consumption.
“This event was about more than showcasing our new space,” said Giuliana Isolani, Country Manager of Nestlé Malta. “It was an opportunity to engage with the people and partners who contribute to our success, and to share how we work, what we stand for and where we are heading together.”
Interactive stations led by brand teams, including product sampling and games, helped guests gain a deeper understanding of the company’s commitment to innovation and collaboration. This reflects Nestlé’s longstanding presence in Malta, where it has been operating for over 100 years.
Nestlé’s new ‘Nest’ embodies their commitment to respect, for people, for diversity, for future generations and for the environment. These values were evident not only in the space’s design but also in the event’s collaborative spirit. From Maltese-inspired interiors to transparent conversations, the setting underscored the company’s focus on building trust and alignment with its stakeholders.
Attendees also had the opportunity to explore features that support a modern and people-focused way of working. These include flexible meeting areas, a dedicated eatery, a wellbeing and first aid room, and the PAWS room, part of Nestlé Malta’s Pets at Work policy, which promotes a more relaxed, stress-reducing environment by allowing employees to bring their pets to work.
A 12-metre hand-painted mural by Maltese artist Christine Xuereb was the striking focal point of the event, symbolising Nestlé Malta’s ongoing commitment to the local community and creative talent.
“With ‘The Nest’, we want anyone who visits to experience our brand, our culture and our continued commitment to Malta,” Isolani added. “By strengthening our connections with our partners, we are building a more aligned and resilient future together.”
