The Seafood Market Grill, listed in the Michelin Guide 2026, has added Amélie oysters to its menu. Two varieties are now available exclusively at the restaurant: Spéciale Amélie and Amélie XO, which were chosen for their distinct character, remarkable purity and finesse.
Les Huîtres Amélie are harvested from the waters between Marennes and the Île d’Oléron, one of France’s most distinguished oyster-producing regions, where each oyster is developed under close attention at every stage.
That dedication has earned international recognition. Les Huîtres Amélie have received gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole, France’s benchmark for agri-food excellence. Further afield, the producer took gold at the Singapore Awards 2023, and its varieties have been recognised with multiple stars at the Great Taste Awards in 2024 and 2025.
This partnership reflects The Seafood Market Grill’s ongoing commitment to sourcing ingredients defined by provenance and craft.
“We wanted to offer our guests an oyster with a genuine story behind it. Les Huîtres Amélie represents exactly the kind of rigour, quality and refinement we look for in every product on our menu,” Adam Demanuele, chef patron at The Seafood Market Grill, said.
