MeDirect has been announced as the official banking partner of the inaugural Spartacus Triple Sports Event taking place on June 7 in Marsalforn. The event is being held by Otters Aquatic Sports Club, organisers and promoters of Spartacus Gozo.
Spartacus was created to deliver a new set of dynamic events that further enhance Otters’ management strategy to deliver and build inclusivity across all sports and capabilities. It offers competitors categories and courses in which to test their performance limits across disciplines of hybrid steel, running and open water sea swimming. Entries are under way and are invited across the athletic and swimming spectrums from pro-athletes, semi-pro and amateur.
The organisers have also opened friendly competition opportunities for beginners to get a taste of sport in the ‘Gladiator’s Arena’ or organised running or open water courses.
