WH Partners strengthens its tax practice with two director appointments

WH Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Anne Inguanez as Director, Tax Compliance, and Brady Sammut as Director, Indirect Tax.

Inguanez brings more than 20 years of experience advising local and international clients on a wide range of tax matters.

She leads the firm’s direct tax compliance team and works closely with the tax advisory practice to ensure a coordinated approach to clients’ tax needs, particularly in matters involving international structures and cross-border operations.

Prior to joining WH Partners, Inguanez held senior roles at a Big Four audit firm and a corporate service provider.

Brady Sammut’s appointment as Director, Indirect Tax, further strengthens the firm’s offering on VAT and indirect tax matters.

Working alongside the firm’s tax advisory team, he supports clients in navigating increasingly complex VAT frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Commenting on the expansion of the team, Ramona Cassar, Partner and Head of Tax at WH Partners, said: “Mary Anne and Brady’s appointments reflect our continued commitment to strengthening the firm’s tax capabilities and supporting clients operating in complex international environments”.

These appointments reinforce WH Partners’ leadership in providing integrated tax solutions to groups operating across borders.
