Forvis Mazars has announced a total of 15 promotions across the firm, highlighting its ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and building strong leadership for the future.
Among these advancements, two professionals have been promoted to Senior Manager and three to Manager, reinforcing the organisation’s continued investment in its people.
Senior Manager promotions
Marcelo Gomes is an Audit Senior Manager who joined the firm in 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. He is a registered member of the Brazilian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, certified under the Brazilian National Register of Independent Auditors, and an International Associate of the Institute of Accountants.
Anthony Montanaro joined Forvis Mazars in Malta in 2012 and currently holds the position of Audit Senior Manager within the firm. He is a warranted Certified Public Accountant and holds a practicing certificate in auditing. He is also a member of ACCA and the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Manager promotions
Katya White, now Outsourcing Manager, joined the firm in 2014 as an Accounting Assistant and has steadily advanced within the organisation. She is ACCA-qualified and a Certified Public Accountant, exemplifying the firm’s commitment to developing talent internally.
Juliet Penaranda, who joined Forvis Mazars in 2022 as a Senior IT Auditor in the Business Advisory Department, is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, and a Certified Information Security Manager.
José Relempagos, who joined the firm in 2021 as an Audit Senior, is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
