HV Hospitality, Hili Ventures’ hospitality arm, has announced a series of Board appointments to strengthen its leadership and governance, bringing together deep sector expertise, executive leadership and asset management experience to support the next phase of growth.
The Board will be chaired by Annabel Hili, Chief Operating Officer at Hili Ventures.
Winston J. Zahra has been appointed as a director, bringing extensive experience in hospitality development, operations and governance.
Having led hotel portfolios through periods of growth, public listing and international expansion, Zahra adds significant industry insight.
Mark Vella, recently appointed Managing Director of HV Hospitality, joins the Board in an executive capacity. With more than 20 years’ experience in the local hospitality sector, Vella is responsible for leading operations and business development, with a focus on sustainable performance, brand stewardship and effective execution across the portfolio.
Michael J. Agius, HilI Ventures’ Director of M&A, Real Estate and Hospitality, has also been appointed as a director, bringing continuity and strategic alignment between asset management, development priorities and operational objectives.
The HV Hospitality board will be composed of Annabel Hili, Michael J. Agius, Melo Hili, Mark Vella and Winston J. Zahra.

The company is currently focused on the development and delivery of two flagship properties: the Six Senses Comino and a high-end boutique hotel in Valletta.
