Eden Leisure Group and InterContinental Malta, through the Eden Leisure Foundation has donated €6,500 to Dar tal-Providenza, supporting the organisation’s ongoing mission to provide care and services to people with disabilities in Malta.
The donation was raised through a collective staff-led initiative, reflecting a shared commitment to giving back to the community. Employees across Eden Leisure Group and InterContinental Malta were invited to contribute voluntarily by donating a discretionary portion of their salary, with each individual free to choose the amount they wished to give.
The total sum raised by the participating staff was then matched by the company, further amplifying the initiative’s impact.
This approach not only strengthened the final contribution but also highlighted the importance that Eden Leisure Group places on fostering a culture of compassion, participation, and social responsibility within the workplace, empowering employees to contribute in ways that felt personal and meaningful.
Dar tal-Providenza plays a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, offering residential services, therapy, and holistic care aimed at enhancing quality of life and inclusion within the community.
