KDM Group acquires Masco Security Services

Aims to strengthen its technology-led fire, safety, security and smart buildings platforms

Kdm. Group has announced the acquisition of Masco Security Services Ltd, a well-established Maltese operator with over 30 years of experience in Fire, Safety and Security solutions.

Masco Security Services brings a complementary and expanded portfolio of products and services, including CCTV, access control, intercom systems, intruder alarms, safes & vaults, fire doors, fire extinguishers, gate automation and advanced fire detection and suppression systems. This integration materially enhances the Group’s existing technology-driven solutions platform, which already includes Securital (Integrated Security Solutions), ctPark (Parking Solutions), and ctCharge (EV Charging Solutions).

The transaction significantly strengthens KDM Group’s technical depth and expands its offering across both commercial and residential markets. It also reinforces the Group’s ability to deliver integrated, Fire, Safety, Security and Smart Building solutions underpinned by a continued commitment to quality, reliability and innovation.
