The Malta Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD) has announced the return of its flagship event – the Annual HR Conference & Expo 2026, taking place on 23 October, 2026 at the Hilton Malta Conference Centre.
Recognised as Malta’s premier gathering for Human Resources, Training, and Business Management professionals, the event brings together HR leaders, business executives, innovators, and decision-makers who are shaping the future of work.
This year’s theme, ‘HR Lead: Powering Strategy Through People’. reflects the evolving role of HR as a strategic driver of organisational success.
The conference will explore how people-centred leadership, innovation, and technology are transforming workplaces and business strategy.
