Remedies Pharmacy & Clinic in Birkirkara will be hosting its Spring Wellness Open Weekend – Refresh, Renew & Rebalance on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th March, offering the public the opportunity to explore a wide range of health, aesthetic and wellness services under one roof.
The two-day event will bring together medical, wellbeing and lifestyle professionals to provide free consultations, educational talks and interactive sessions designed to encourage people to take a more proactive approach to their health and overall wellbeing.
Throughout the weekend, visitors will be able to benefit from free consultations in aesthetic medicine, laser treatments, dental care, physiotherapy, nutrition and mental health, as well as attend a series of informative talks covering topics such as stress management, pregnancy and postpartum care, supplements, physiotherapy, and emotional wellbeing.
A number of workshops and activities will also take place, including skincare and make-up sessions, a fragrance workshop, and fitness classes led by professional trainers. The event will also feature a session by Positive Birth Malta, offering guidance and consultations for pregnancy, birth and postpartum support, as well as a series of talks delivered by TAASC professionals focusing on mental health and personal wellbeing across different stages of life.
In addition to the educational and health-focused programme, attendees will have the opportunity to benefit from exclusive event offers on selected laser and aesthetic treatments, retail discounts on skincare, make-up and fragrances, and complimentary goodie bags while stocks last.
According to the organisers, the aim of the Spring Wellness Open Weekend is to create a welcoming environment where people can ask questions, receive professional advice and discover services that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
“We wanted to organise an event that brings together different aspects of health, beauty and wellness in one place, while keeping it accessible to everyone,” the organisers said. “The weekend is about encouraging people to take time for themselves, learn something new, and feel comfortable seeking professional advice.”
The event will take place at Remedies Pharmacy & Clinic, Triq Tumas Fenech, Birkirkara, and is open to the public. Some consultations and talks require booking in advance due to limited availability.
