SOFTSWISS, a leading iGaming software provider with a strong operational presence in Malta, is marking its third consecutive year of supporting the global Pink October campaign. Through this initiative, the company continues to raise awareness on breast cancer prevention while promoting well-being and responsibility among its international team, including its growing Malta-based workforce.
As part of this year’s campaign, SOFTSWISS once again turned its offices pink and engaged employees across all locations in themed activities throughout the month. The campaign reflects the company’s ongoing effort to highlight the importance of early detection and preventive care, key steps in the fight against breast cancer, which affects more than two million women worldwide each year.
In Malta, where Pink October has become a national movement uniting organisations, NGOs, and communities, SOFTSWISS is proud to contribute to this shared cause. The company supports regular health screenings for its team, fully compensating employees for breast ultrasound check-ups, and encourages participation in awareness efforts that resonate beyond the workplace.
“As a company that values people above all, SOFTSWISS continues to promote initiatives that nurture awareness and responsibility. Pink October allows us to use our voice not only to inform but also to inspire action – reminding everyone that true strength begins with care,” said Valentina Bagniya, Chief Marketing Officer at SOFTSWISS
Throughout October, SOFTSWISS also hosted online wellness sessions featuring medical experts and professionals. The first webinar explored the link between psychosomatics and cancer, while the second focused on practical insights into prevention and early detection. To further support mental and physical well-being, the company launched a new WIN STYLE collection, “Breathe. Move. Connect.” through its internal merchandise platform, alongside a series of online yoga classes with a professional instructor.
These initiatives build on SOFTSWISS’s broader commitment to fostering a culture of well-being, both globally and locally. In September, the company championed sports and fitness activities among its teams, a continuation of its drive to promote an active lifestyle.
Named Europe’s Employer of the Year 2025 for the second consecutive year, SOFTSWISS continues to cultivate a healthy, inspiring, and supportive environment across its global offices, with Malta playing a growing role as a hub for its people-first initiatives and regional leadership.
