FinXP appoints new Chief Technology Officer and Chief Commercial & Product Officer to drive innovation

CTO Jon Vigier brings 30 years of IT and payments expertise, while CCPO Marc Conway leverages deep fintech experience to advance commercial strategy and product development.

FinXP, an award-winning European payments and banking solutions provider for under-served high risk businesses, has appointed Jon Vigier as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Marc Conway as Chief Commercial & Product Officer (CCPO). Together, with their extensive industry expertise, they will drive further product innovation, business growth and customer value at FinXP.

Marc Conway joins FinXP with over 14 years of experience in the fintech and payments industry. Renowned for spearheading major product launches and forging strategic partnerships, Marc has a proven track record of driving commercial growth. In his new role, he will oversee FinXP’s commercial strategy, growth initiatives, and stakeholder partnerships.

Jon Vigier brings an impressive 30-year background in payments technology, having worked for financial behemoths including IBM and Bank of America, A technical expert and skilled salesperson, in his roles Jon has collaborated with major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo and Citi, and led pivotal projects involving Mastercard and Visa.. As CTO, he will champion FinXP’s technology strategy, ensuring the development of robust, scalable, and secure payment solutions.
